I lied
Okay not "lied", per say, but I woefully underestimated how much I'd want to continue working on this project.
Initially I was going to leave it be but it kept calling to me. I've been fleshing out more of the features, most specifically I'm fiddling with UI.
Eventually I settled on trying to make the UI look like a living thing, if the world is meat, why shouldn't EVERYTHING be meat?
I also updated the player stat icons to look like body parts:
Icons for Bone, Sinew, and fatigue respectively.
Put all together, here's what the UI looks like for now, inside will be the actions the character can make. Also the eye follows your cursor, for a little extra juice, ya know?

As someone really into anatomy, I really like they way you detailed the tissue stretching
beautifully horrific... I'm a fan.
