New Years Update Part 2: The Main menu/Intro
One of the biggest peeves I've had to deal with was the main menu - I was pretty much working with a holdover from a MUCH earlier build from the start of the project, I'll dig around for an old image...

Now the menu is more simplified:
I also added in sound effects, and a whole introduction:
Once everything's off the ground I plan on implementing some features in the Extras section like Achievement tracking, and a Gallery, just some fun stuff for the road.
I implemented a dynamic music system, so during combat, different pages, or different scenarios, music will fade in and out for better effect.
I also added in tutorial information for each page that explains the goal and what you can do in each page.
